out of the matrix operates through a network of Global Fulfillment Centers, with primary dispatch originating from partner manufacturing and logistics facilities in Asia (China). By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this international fulfillment structure, including the associated processing and transit timelines described in our [Shipping Policy].

## 5. Pricing and Payment

- All prices are listed in [INSERT CURRENCY, e.g., USD] and are exclusive of applicable import duties, customs fees, or local taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Payment is processed exclusively and securely through PayPal, including PayPal Cards, for all credit card, debit card, and balance transactions. We do not store your full payment card details.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time prior to order confirmation.

## 6. Order Acceptance

Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order or a guarantee of product availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order, at our discretion, prior to dispatch, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or payment failure. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

## 7. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Orders are shipped on a **Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU)** basis. The customer is solely and fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are outside of the Company's control. Refusal to pay these charges resulting in the return or seizure of a shipment does not entitle the customer to a refund of shipping costs.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Santa Fe, Argentina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be submitted to the competent ordinary courts of Santa Fe, Argentina, and both parties consent to their exclusive jurisdiction.
